Old office furniture has a tremendous cost to both the industry and the
environment. Several materials that make up office furniture can easily be
recycled, wood, board materials, cardboard, some plastics, and all types
of metal.
At UKOS we can arrange for your old furniture to be collected from your site.
All components will then be segregated into the relevant waste streams where
they will be recycled. We can then provide certification to prove that the
furniture has been recycled in the correct manor, monitored by the
environmental agency. Your certificate can either be presented at the end of each
year to show the weight, number and type of items recycled, or alternatively
issued against a specific project.
